Customer shall use the Patentsforsale.co.uk system solely for their own use and shall not knowingly permit others to use the Patentsforsale co.uk system under or through that Customer's account.

• Patentsforsale.co.uk utilizes email as a primary communication channel with customers. As a Customer, and by submitting your information on the Patentsforsale.co.uk website, you hereby acknowledge and grant Patentsforsale.co.uk the permission to communicate with you via email (as well as other communication channels such as phone and fax) for any purposes Patentsforsale.co.uk determines to be relevant including, but not limited to, system messages, product updates, newsletters, service announcements and other marketing messages. Patentsforsale.co.uk will use best efforts to honour Customers' requests to opt-out from receiving emails, but under no circumstances will Patentsforsale.co.uk bear any liability for sending any email to its users and Customers.

• Customer agrees to pay for all products ordered through the Patentsforsale.co.uk website using the payment method indicated, and Customer provides Patentsforsale.co.uk express authorization to charge said fees to their payment provider. Fees owed depend on the specific type and quantity of Patentsforsale.co.uk products, services, information, or deliverables (collectively "Deliverables") ordered. Payment of fees shall not be contingent on any event other than the delivery of the ordered Deliverables. Any attorney's fees, court costs, or other costs incurred by Patentsforsale.co.uk in collection of delinquent, undisputed fees shall be the responsibility of and paid for by, the Customer.

• Membership rights and privileges are subject to change from time to time and may be subject to certain limitations. Customer acknowledges that Patentsforsale.co.uk (in addition to its other remedies) may terminate the Membership rights and privileges to any individual, organization, or group that does not abide by the Terms and Conditons set forth in this Agreement and/or can refuse any or all membership rights and privileges. Patentsforsale.co.uk also has the right to refuse service to any Customer who has delinquent charges that remain unpaid, and may impose additional charges to reactivate any membership rights and privileges.

Membership Conditions

• Prior to acceptance by us of your registration you will submit to us: 1. A completed application form; 2. The necessary fee, which shall be made payable to “Patentsforsale.co.uk” from whom all transaction receipts will be issued; 3. One non-returnable photograph for display as part of the Invention listing on the site or one colour image sent electronically via e-mail in such format as we notify you in advance.

Membership Fees

• You agree to pay for our service: 1. If applying on-line, by way of payment from a debit or credit card which either belongs to you or which you are otherwise authorised to use. We will be entitled to receive payment from the debit or credit card on the same working day of each month for the duration of your membership. No refunds will be given either in whole or part for payments make by credit or debit card. You also acknowledge and agree that such notice will only be validly given by the completion and transmission by you to us of our on-line payment cancellation form.

• 2. If applying other than on-line, by way of cheque payable in advance ('the Advance Payment'). You acknowledge and agree that in no circumstances will the Advance Payment be refundable by us (whether in whole or in part). When paying by this method you agree to pay for either a minimum period of 1 month or such longer period as is agreed between you and us (in each case 'the Period'). Your membership will expire automatically at the end of the Period.

• 3. It is your responsibility to ensure that we receive prompt payment, as we will not be held responsible for payment not being received.

• 4. If the fee is not paid on or before the due date, we shall, until actual payment of the fee, have the right to suspend display of or cancel membership.

• 5. The fee in respect of subsequent periods shall be in accordance with our then current rate card, which we may vary from time to time, provided notice thereof has been given to you not less than 30 days before the end of the relevant period.
